Our Harley Davidson Aftersales team is seeking an Aftersales Staff to join our team in Jakarta. In this position you will manage and optimize the planning, ordering, distribution, and performance of spare parts, oil, and accessories (P&A) across dealers by aligning sales targets, inventory control, pricing, and market analysis to support sales growth and effective dealer operations.

What you'll do:

  1. Prepare plans and sales orders for spare parts, oil, and accessories (selling-in P&A targets and selling-out P&A targets) and allocate P&A to dealers.
  2. Review, evaluate, and consolidate sales achievements to dealers.
  3. Analyse the demand for parts, oil, and accessories for each dealer.
  4. Analyse market conditions and potential as recommendations to dealers.
  5. Execute purchasing and input orders for parts, oil, and accessories in the H-DNet system (selling-in).
  6. Calculate selling prices for parts, oil, and accessories; monitor and control proper margins (actual execution handled by Finance/Accounting).
  7. Control dealer stock ratios.
  8. Monitor dealer accounts receivable (AR) payment status.
  9. Prepare annual marketing/promotional budget planning and activity plans.
  10. Create Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) in the internal system (DMS).
  11. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales achievement reports.
  12. Allocate P&A shipments according to orders and received deliveries.
  13. Project-based: set up initial P&A stock and purchase aftermarket products.
  14. Conduct Visual Merchandising training for P&A.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in inventory, sales, or merchandising in Automotive (preferably 2-wheelers) industry.
