Inchcape is seeking an Aftersales Specialist to join our team in Indonesia. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive

your career forward.

what you'll do:

1. Prepare plans and sales orders for spare parts, oil, and accessories.
2. Review, evaluate, and consolidate sales achievements to dealers.
3. Analyze the demand for parts, oil, and accessories for each dealer.
4. Analyze market conditions and potential as recommendations to dealers.
5. Execute purchasing and input orders for parts, oil, and accessories in the system.
6. Calculate selling prices for parts, oil, and accessories; monitor and control proper margins.
7. Control dealer stock ratios.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of store and showroom operations concepts.
• Apply effective inventory management practices.
• Execute selling techniques to drive sales performance.
• Utilize comprehensive product and Parts & Accessories (P&A) knowledge.
• Manage and optimize Parts & Accessories (P&A) displays.
• Communicate effectively in English
