Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Aftersales Service Manager. The Aftersales Service Manager will be responsible for managing and improving aftersales services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and optimizing service operations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing service teams, implementing quality control measures, responding to customer inquiries, and developing effective aftersales strategies. The role also involves managing service schedules, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven expertise in aftersales operations, customer support, and quality assurance
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address customer concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and service management processes
  • Proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in aftersales or service management, preferably within the automotive sector
