Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and service issues in Mandarin and English.
- Provide product support, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Handle warranty, return, and replacement requests based on company procedures.
- Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain service records and prepare related reports.
- Collect customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives.
- Mandarin proficiency at HSK 4 or above.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer service tools is a plus.
