We are looking for an experienced Energy Storage Service Engineer to join our Indonesia Service Team and support the rapid growth of our energy storage business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze system faults and identify root causes through remote and on-site diagnostics.
• Support commissioning, testing, FAT/SAT, and acceptance of ESS projects.
• Coordinate with customers, EPC contractors, and internal technical teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Deliver technical training to customers and partners when required.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local regulations.
• Participate in emergency service support and business travel across Indonesia when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in after-sales service, commissioning, or maintenance of ESS, PCS, Battery Systems, PV, or power equipment.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, power conversion systems, battery technology, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with medium-voltage equipment and power system troubleshooting is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale ESS or renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, BMS, PCS, or inverter systems.
• Experience working with multinational companies is a plus.
