Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage After Sales operations including Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer

Handling.

  • Ensure achievement of after sales targets.
  • Develop and implement after sales strategies, SOP, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Analyze after sales performance reports and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in After Sales automotive industry, with at least 2 years in

managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service process, spare parts management, and

warranty.

  • Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with automotive dealer systems and principal standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
