Job Responsibilities:
1. Timely completing the after-sales service work for customers, including warranty verifying, device testing, device repair (software issues & basic hardware issue), device replacement, device receiving & shipment arranging, work order recording.
2. Timely completing the re-inspection of the collected defective devices to verify the authenticity of the malfunction as stated by the authorized service points.
3. Timely reporting the abnormal issues and summarizing the experience cases.
4. Responsible for the management of EZVIZ assets (devices, spare parts, tools), including the management on their inbound & outbound, storage & disposal activities.
5. Coordinating with the EZVIZ headquarter team to support and solve the escalated issues and requirements from the authorized service centers.
Job Requirements:
- Education or Work experience in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Indonesian. Good reading and writing skills in English preferred.
- Strong service awareness, strong practical abilities and strong resistance to stress.
- The ability to organize and prioritize tasks as well as the ability to be a self-starter with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work well with others and alone. Proven track record of meeting timelines.
- Proficient in using MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
