What you'll do

We're looking for a Community User Growth Manager to expand our user base across Indonesia. You'll work closely with KOLs, influencers, and local communities to drive organic growth and engagement.

Location: Anywhere in Indonesia

Type: Part-time / Flexible

• Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs / KOCs / Influencers in Indonesia.
• Plan and execute user growth campaigns via influencer marketing.
• Develop creative community engagement strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to align on regional growth initiatives.

What you'll need

• Must be based in Indonesia.
• Strong network and communication skills with local influencers / creators.
• Proven experience in community building or influencer marketing.
• Influencers with growth or marketing experience are highly preferred.
