Role Objective
Drive affiliate growth by acquiring a high volume of relevant and high-potential affiliates to support brand and client campaigns across TikTok, e-commerce, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit new affiliates (creators, sellers, communities) at scale
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential affiliates across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via DM, WhatsApp, email, and community groups to onboard affiliates
- Educate and pitch affiliate programs clearly (commission structure, benefits, campaign mechanics)
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for new affiliates (guidelines, tracking links, tools)
- Track and monitor recruitment performance (number of sign-ups, activation rate, etc.)
- Collaborate with Affiliate Strategy & Performance team to align on target profiles and campaign needs- Maintain and update affiliate database and tracker regularly
- Continuously explore new channels/communities to scale affiliate acquisition
KPIs
- Number of affiliates recruited (weekly / monthly)
- Affiliate activation rate (joined → actively selling/posting)
- Cost per acquisition (if applicable)
- Growth of affiliate pool per client/project
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in KOL, affiliate, or creator management (fresh grads with strong hustle also welcome)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Comfortable doing high-volume outreach (hunter mindset)
- Familiar with TikTok, Shopee Affiliate, or similar platforms
- Highly organized and able to manage large datasets (Google Sheets, trackers)
- Target-driven and proactive
Nice to Have
- Existing network of creators / affiliates
- Experience in affiliate platforms (TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, etc.)
- Experience in startup / agency environment
- Working Style Fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High ownership in hitting acquisition targets
- Strong collaboration with internal teams.
