At Zotech, we believe great products grow faster with the right community behind them. We're looking for an Affiliate Specialist to build strong relationships with affiliates and drive our sales growth through strategic affiliate partnerships.

Job Description

Research, select, and reach out to relevant KOLs, content creators, and Affiliators across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
Manage creator collaborations end-to-end, from negotiation and product delivery to content publication.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators to encourage repeat collaborations.
Develop and manage Affiliate Programs, including Affiliator onboarding and activation.
Create clear and engaging content briefs aligned with campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze KOL & Affiliate performance, including views, engagement, GMV, and conversion.
Identify high-performing creators and develop them into long-term partners.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and E-Commerce, to ensure campaigns run effectively.
Prepare campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest trends across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, influencer marketing, and social commerce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of KOL, influencer, and affiliate marketing across TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
Active on social media and highly aware of content trends and viral products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented and comfortable working with GMV, conversion, and other performance targets.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in KOL, Affiliate, or E-Commerce is a plus.

Plus Point

Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate.
Strong existing KOL & Affiliator network/database.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights.
