Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the execution of affiliate marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers and content creators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop engaging promotional materials and campaign assets.
  • Stay updated on beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Maintain accurate affiliate records, campaign reports, and performance databases.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for affiliate campaigns, including tracking, reporting, and payment coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Affiliate, and other affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and staying up to date with social media trends.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
