Affiliate Project Associate, Singapore Marketing

- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, initiatives and key projects
- Drive strategic projects that grow Affiliate Marketing sales and orders
- Leverage data to identify issues, gather insights and uncover growth opportunities
- Track and report competitorintelligence to inform strategy and benchmarking
- Oversee day-to-day program operations and performance across external platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Managers, Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, etc.) to ensure strong execution, operational alignment and scalable growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline experience in the e-Commerce industry is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute tasks independently
- Demonstrated success in program management and collaborating across functions
- Creative problem-solver with a strong ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
- Proficient in analytical tools, with required expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
