Feature Request Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of systems under the Affiliate product group to manage and support respective end-to-end processes and system requirements feature improvement.
  • Gather affiliate product feature requests from different countries and work closely across countries stakeholders to identify critical pain points, and analyze key business drivers, and their request priority.
  • Strategize and prioritize product feature requests based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management to formulate quarterly product plans
  • Align quarterly product plans and ad hoc requests with the regional affiliate PM
  • Monitor feature requests and development pipelines and do regular cadence with local and regional teams, regarding feature request updates.

Feature Release Management:

  • Review product design and solution, to make sure it will solve critical pain points or achieve predefined targeted indicators. Give necessary input to make product design more user-friendly and customer-centric.
  • Align product design with local product teams from all countries

Feature Usage Monitoring:

  • Take ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle by monitoring KPIs such as adoption, usage, traffic, etc.
  • Propose further improvements with subsequent iterations.
  • Monitoring product issues and if necessary following up on issues/bugs to related PIC


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from any related major
  • 1-5 years experience in a Product Management role. Media agency background or KOL management or e-commerce is preferred
  • Excellent project management skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Be a resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Good at stakeholder management and able to influence decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and have good Power Point and Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
