We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help scale and grow our affiliate program, with a primary focus on TikTok Affiliate and our owned media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and live streamers aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize affiliate performance, leverage creator commerce opportunities, and sustain long-term affiliate communities.
- Provide clear onboarding support, proven content guidance, and resources to help creators maximize performance.
- Monitor affiliate and creator performance metrics, maintain structured tracking, and evaluate ROI, sales growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze top-performing TikTok creators, including content style, persona, sales approach, and effective content patterns (CTA, storytelling flow, product fit).
- Negotiate commission structures, special incentives, and partnership terms to improve affiliate engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, e-commerce, creative, and operational teams to ensure product distribution, campaign alignment, and consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, competitor landscape, and industry best practices to continuously optimize affiliate initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate ecosystem and creator-driven commerce.
- Experience in recruiting affiliates, influencers, or KOLs is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with affiliate tools/platforms and digital marketing trends is preferred.
