Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates across various platforms (social media & e-commerce)
- Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and negotiate collaboration terms.
- Monitor daily and weekly affiliate performance using dashboards and analytics tools
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Manage and grow the affiliate community to increase brand awareness and content distribution
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, sales, and ROI
- Coordinate product sample distribution and monitor published content
- Coordinate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and affiliate marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate and/or Influencer Marketing
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Communication preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well-organized with good administrative abilities
- Passionate about digital marketing, influencer trends, and social media
- Analytical mindset with a strong drive for growth
