Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Leader)

Job Description : 

• Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi affiliate (recruitment, activation, retention).
• Memimpin proses rekrut & onboarding affiliate (creator, micro–macro affiliate).
• Mengelola performa affiliate: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, active affiliate.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim content, live, dan marketing untuk campaign affiliate.
• Menentukan insentif, komisi, dan challenge untuk meningkatkan performa affiliate.
• Monitoring & analisis data affiliate (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
• Mengelola komunikasi & relationship dengan top-performing affiliate.
• Mengidentifikasi peluang scale (affiliate baru, niche, format konten, live).
• Menyusun laporan performa & rekomendasi strategi ke manajemen.

Qualification : 

• Pengalaman 2–4 tahun di affiliate marketing / creator management / marketplace.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate, TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan data & target (GMV-driven).
• Leadership mindset & mampu manage tim / freelance affiliate admin.
• Komunikatif, persuasif, dan terbiasa dealing dengan creator/affiliate.
• Fast learner, hands-on, dan terbiasa dengan lingkungan startup/growth.
• Paham ecosystem short video, live commerce, dan creator economy.
