Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing in Shopee and Tiktok.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and basic reporting tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets / Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve affiliate sales target by onboarding more affiliate creators and improve the sales from each creator.
• Develop plans and campaigns to increase affiliate sales.
• Identify affiliate and competitor trends in social media or e-commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-function teams for smooth execution.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to secure visibility and campaign support.
• Analyze performance data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
