Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Experience handling administrative tasks related to KOLs, affiliates, or influencer marketing, including contracts, agreements, invoices, payments, and MoUs, is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the beauty industry, social commerce, and affiliate marketing trends is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of affiliate campaigns, including product seeding, scheduling, and coordination of delivery logistics.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of affiliate agreements, deliverables, payment terms, and campaign documentation.
• Monitor affiliate activities and prepare regular performance and activity recap reports.
• Handle administrative processes for the affiliate team, including preparing contracts, MoUs, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and coordinating payment requests.
• Manage and update affiliate databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance metrics, and campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external affiliates to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely documentation.
