Affiliate & Live Streaming

Amorepacific Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Affiliate & Live Commerce to lead affiliate marketing and live commerce operations across our beauty brands. This role will be responsible for driving commercial growth through influencer partnerships, social commerce, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful business results.

What You Need to Bring

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Minimum Assistant Manager level experience with a proven track record in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social commerce, or digital commerce.
• Experience in the Beauty, FMCG, Lifestyle, Fashion, Personal Care, or other relevant consumer industries.
• Hands-on experience in managing affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience in live commerce operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and drive business performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, e-commerce, and social commerce platforms
• Strong capability in content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus
• Passion for staying updated on digital marketing, creator economy, and e-commerce trends
