Affiliate Growth Strategist

Job Description

• Develop and execute affiliate and creator strategies to drive business growth and increase GMV contribution.
• Identify, recruit, and develop creators/affiliates aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, affiliates, MCNs, agencies, and external partners.
• Monitor and analyze creator performance, campaign effectiveness, and affiliate contribution to optimize results.
• Create data-driven action plans and recommendations to improve creator and affiliate performance.
• Coordinate and manage creator campaigns with internal teams such as marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor monitoring to identify new opportunities and strategies.
• Maintain regular reporting and performance tracking for affiliate and creator activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, KOL management, creator partnership, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, social commerce, and digital marketing trends.
• Experienced in handling creator outreach, negotiations, and partnership management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Instagram, and other creator-based platforms.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
