Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end business development strategy for KOL, influencer, and affiliate partnerships to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for MEXC in assigned markets.
  • Build, own, and expand a high-quality network of local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, affiliates, and strategic marketing partners.
  • Serve as the regional business owner for partnership growth, representing MEXC and driving long-term, scalable partner ecosystems.
  • Design and execute data-driven partnership growth strategies, including acquisition, activation, performance tracking, and optimization of KOL and affiliate channels.
  • Own channel performance KPIs, continuously analyzing ROI, CAC, conversion performance, and partner quality to improve overall efficiency.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging distribution channels, and strategic collaborations to expand MEXC's market reach.
  • Monitor local market dynamics, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable BD and growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of partnership models, incentive structures, and regional growth playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or KOL management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or digital trading industries.
  • 1–2 years of leadership or team management experience (e.g., leading KOL/affiliate projects, small teams, or regional initiatives) is required.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, trading products, liquidity, and community-driven growth models.
  • Proven experience building and managing KOL/influencer or affiliate partnerships with measurable business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of local market ecosystems, including KOL landscape, online communities, and user acquisition channels.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to evaluate channel performance and optimize growth ROI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Highly execution-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
