As a Affiliate Admin, You Will
- Manage daily administrative operations of affiliate programs on e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
- Handle affiliate onboarding, including registration checks, documentation, and account setup.
- Monitor affiliate links, promo codes, commissions, and campaign mechanics to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in validating transactions, returns, cancellations, and commission adjustments.
- Maintain organized records of affiliates, contracts, payments, and performance data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (fresh graduates with internship experience in related field are welcome).
- Familiar with e-commerce affiliate features and dashboards (Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suites.
- Strong administrative and data management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience handling affiliate payments or reconciliation with finance teams preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
