Affiliate Acquisition Associate, Affiliate Marketing

Job Description:
- KOL/KOC Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, acquire, and onboard KOLs across various social media platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu)
- Affiliate CRM: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOL/KOCs by optimising acquisition strategies, providing onboarding support, and ensuring continuous engagement while incubating new affiliates to accelerate their performance and retention
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative and acquisition performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics
- Branding & Communication: Maintain a strong and unified SAP brand presence across all communication channels, including in-app communications, social media, and messaging channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Keen interest in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
- Experience in CRM, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
