SOZO Skin Clinic is opening an opportunity for an experienced and results-oriented Aesthetic Doctor to deliver high-quality aesthetic services and enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of basic to advanced aesthetic procedures (Botox, filler, thread lift, laser, skin rejuvenation, etc.) in accordance with medical standards
- Provide comprehensive consultations, analyze skin conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Educate patients regarding procedures, expected results, risks, and post-treatment care
- Maintain patient safety standards, hygiene, and medical ethics
- Conduct complete and accurate medical documentation
- Monitor treatment outcomes and perform patient follow-ups
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure optimal service delivery
- Support clinic target achievement through excellent service and ethical upselling strategies
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor degree (dr.)
- Possess an active and valid STR
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine
- Certification in aesthetic training is a plus
- Strong consultation and clinical analysis skills
- Communicative, professional, and patient-oriented
- Upselling ability and understanding of sales strategies are a plus
- Willing to work on-site at the clinic
- Willing to undergo training in Jakarta
