Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Doctor role based at Farmanina Clinic in Surabaya. The Aesthetic Doctor will conduct patient consultations, assess skin and aesthetic concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans in line with clinic protocols and medical standards. Daily responsibilities include performing aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other non-surgical interventions), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each visit. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, providing education on skincare and post-treatment care, and collaborating with other clinic staff to deliver high-quality service. The Aesthetic Doctor is expected to stay current with developments in aesthetic medicine, participate in internal training, and uphold regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications

Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and active license to practice medicine in Indonesia; specialization or formal training in dermatology or aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience or training in aesthetic procedures, such as injectables, laser-based treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other non-surgical cosmetic interventions.
Strong patient consultation skills, including the ability to assess clinical needs, explain treatment options clearly, and provide informed consent in an understandable manner.
Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice, including adherence to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and relevant healthcare regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and build long-term patient relationships.
Good organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, follow-up management, and attention to detail in clinical practice.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, learn new techniques, and adapt to advances in aesthetic medicine and clinic technology.
Availability to work full-time on-site in Surabaya, with flexibility for clinic schedules, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
