Role Description The aesthetic doctor is responsible for providing safe, evidence-based aesthetic and slimming treatments to clients, including skin consultations, procedure planning, and treatment execution in line with Euromedica Group protocols. This role includes assessing client medical histories, diagnosing aesthetic and dermatological conditions, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and monitoring progress and outcomes. The aesthetic doctor collaborates closely with nurses, beauticians, and other medical professionals to ensure high-quality service, accurate documentation, and adherence to international safety standards. Additional responsibilities include educating clients on post-treatment care, staying updated on aesthetic medicine trends and technologies, and participating in clinical training and quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jember.

Qualifications

  • Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) with appropriate local medical license and registration, preferably with specialization or strong interest in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, body contouring) with a strong focus on client safety and clinical outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of aesthetic and slimming technologies, including FDA-approved devices and treatments, and the ability to interpret and apply clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Strong client consultation skills, including medical history taking, aesthetic assessment, treatment planning, and clear, empathetic communication about risks, benefits, and expectations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic setting with nurses, beauticians, and diet coaches, maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and cultural sensitivity, with a client-centered mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Willingness to work full time on-site in Jember, with flexibility for clinic schedules, training sessions, and occasional internal events.
