Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Doctor role based in Jakarta. The Aesthetic Doctor will perform consultations, assess client needs, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, skin rejuvenation, and other dermatological treatments), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, following strict hygiene and infection-control standards, and collaborating with therapists and clinic staff to provide a seamless client experience. The Aesthetic Doctor will also provide post-treatment guidance, support client education on skincare and treatment options, and stay up to date with new products, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical doctor (MD) with valid registration in Indonesia; specialization or certification in aesthetics, dermatology, or related field is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics, including hands-on experience with non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., fillers, toxins, threads, laser or energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation procedures).
• Strong clinical assessment skills, including the ability to conduct thorough consultations, identify suitable treatment options, and manage treatment plans and follow-ups.
• Solid knowledge of facial anatomy, skin conditions, aesthetic indications, and contraindications, with a rigorous approach to patient safety and infection control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, confidentiality, and clear explanations of procedures and risks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to clinic workflows, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping, including accurate treatment notes and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Jakarta, including possible weekend or extended hours based on clinic schedule.
