Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Doctor role based in Jakarta. The Aesthetic Doctor will conduct patient consultations, perform medical assessments, and propose personalized treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include performing aesthetic procedures (such as injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and other non-surgical interventions), monitoring treatment progress, and documenting medical records accurately. The role also involves educating patients on pre- and post-treatment care, maintaining high standards of hygiene, infection control, and patient safety, and collaborating with therapists and clinic staff to ensure a smooth, client-centered experience. The Aesthetic Doctor is expected to stay updated on aesthetic trends and technologies, participate in trainings, and support clinic events or campaigns when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and active Indonesian medical license; certified and experienced in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in aesthetic procedures such as injectables (e.g., botulinum toxin, fillers), skin boosters, laser or energy-based devices, and other non-surgical treatments.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, including taking medical histories, evaluating skin conditions, and designing safe, effective treatment plans.
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills, with a client-focused approach, empathy, and professionalism in diverse patient interactions.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, infection control, patient safety, and accurate medical documentation in line with regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinic team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and manage time and appointments efficiently.
• Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, product and technique training, and clinic marketing or educational activities.
• Previous experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics and familiarity with premium aesthetic brands or technologies are strong advantages.
