Aesthetic Doctor

We are looking for a qualified Aesthetic Doctor to join our aesthetic clinic in Jakarta. The ideal candidate should have expertise in aesthetic procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for beauty and skincare. Candidates with good looks and a professional presentation are highly desired.

Responsibilities:

1. Aesthetic Procedures & Medical Expertise

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, skin boosters, and thread lifts).
• Provide consultations and customized treatment plans based on clients skin conditions and concerns.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with medical protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic medicine advancements and techniques.

2. Client Consultation & Relationship Management

• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Address client concerns professionally and provide personalized recommendations.

3. Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with therapists, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all aesthetic equipment and products are well-maintained.
• Support the clinic manager in maintaining service quality and improving business performance.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

• Contribute to clinic revenue growth by recommending suitable treatments and products to clients.
• Participate in social media marketing efforts, including live demonstrations and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning and public awareness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MD) and licensed to practice in Indonesia.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine.
• Certified in Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and skincare.
• Professional-looking and well-groomed.
• Excellent communication, consultation, and sales skills.
• A team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Willing to be placed in Fatmawati & Bintaro
• Available to work on weekends (Jakarta placement) .
