This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertising Specialist based in Pademangan. The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, performing data analysis to assess campaign performance, and effectively communicating with internal teams and client stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance campaigns and identify new opportunities.

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis to evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns
• Excellent communication skills for reporting, collaboration, and client interaction
• Experience in marketing and sales to contribute to strategy development and target achievement
• Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines
• Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a bonus
