Advertiser Specialist (WFO - Yogyakarta)

Job Description:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on sales and conversions.
• Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization through Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key advertising metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, conversion, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience limited to boosting posts is not sufficient.
• Proven experience running Sales/Conversion campaigns and optimizing based on performance data.
• Experience advertising high-value products (ideally priced in the millions) or educational products is highly preferred.
• Experience managing significant daily ad spend is a plus.
• Willing to work WFO in Yogyakarta.
