We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across global platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with paid media and is eager to work with international clients and fast-paced projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Collaborate with the design team to develop effective ad creatives and campaign concepts
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights
- Analyze and report campaign performance (daily, weekly, and monthly reports)
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients regarding campaign progress and results
- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations to improve ROI and performance
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in digital advertising (performance marketing preferred)
- Experience handling campaigns for apps, games, tools, or similar industries is a plus
- Familiar with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a digital agency environment
- Basic understanding of tracking tools (GA4, Pixel, etc.)
- Experience in handling international markets
