Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Monitor campaign results daily and optimize targeting, budget, and bids to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS
• Track performance data and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Work with social media team to produce effective ad visuals and copy
• Allocate and control ad spend across platforms to maximize return on investment

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Statistics or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager
• Strong documented history of generating high-quality qualified leads and optimizing online-to-offline sales funnels (such as CRM or WhatsApp conversion flows)
• Advanced operational knowledge of Meta Ads framework, including setup and troubleshooting of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom events, and data tracking
• Exceptional data-driven mindset with extensive experience in structuring A/B tests (creatives, copywriting, hooks) and turning complex metrics into actionable growth
