About the role:
The Ads Revenue Senior Associate will be responsible for managing strategic brand partnerships and driving Ads Revenue growth within the Food category. This role will own relationships with key brands, develop annual partnership plans, secure and optimize committed advertising budgets, and ensure strong brand visibility and campaign execution.
Job Description
As an Astronaut, your missions are:
- Own the assigned EBP brand portfolio and deliver the agreed Ads Revenue and GV targets for that book.
- Grow each brand's ads cost ratio (Ads Revenue as a percentage of brand GV) through the contract cycle, using category benchmarks and performance evidence.
- Track commitment achievement monthly, whether percentage of GV or sell-in, and build gap recovery plans for brands falling behind.
- Monitor budget absorption and campaign pacing so committed investment is fully deployed within the contract period.
- Identify upsell opportunities within the contract: incremental asset mix, new category coverage, premium formats, and Super Brand Days.
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned brands and their external stakeholders.
- Build annual partnership plans covering marketing investment, campaign promotions, advertising budgets, visibility, and key business initiatives, and translate brand objectives into initiatives that drive both visibility and commercial outcomes.
- Protect renewal: flag at-risk brands at least 60 days ahead, support the renewal negotiation, and document the reasons behind any churn.
- Monitor commercial and campaign metrics across GV, sell-in, impressions, CVR, out-of-stock rate, fill rate, and budget absorption, and act on the gaps.
- Work with Supply Chain and Category on availability issues affecting live campaigns, including pausing or rescheduling when a hero SKU is out of stock.
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews covering performance, highlights and lowlights, and the forward plan, and maintain the internal reporting rhythm for leadership.
Requirements
In order to complete your mission, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG, or Category Management within the Food category.
- Experience supporting or negotiating an annual commercial agreement, JBP, or trade terms, not only executing campaigns.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to manage revenue targets, budgets, and business plans.
- Good understanding of commercial and marketing funnel metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint/deck-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, ambitious, and demonstrates strong ownership.
