Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Ads Data Analyst to manage end-to-end digital campaigns for our brand clients. This role focuses on operational execution — from media planning, ad setup, budget allocation, optimisation, to performance reporting — across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.

Ideal for someone analytical, numbers-driven, and comfortable handling client budgets and campaign performance data.

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns daily to meet performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc).
  • Allocate and control client budgets with accurate calculations and pacing strategy.
  • Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights & recommendations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance insights to internal teams/clients.
  • Research audience, competitors, and trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative & account teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to final reporting.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in digital ads/media buying/performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads (must-have).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with numbers & budgets.
  • Experienced in tracking metrics and interpreting data (Excel/Sheets/Looker Studio).
  • Detail-oriented and operationally strong
  • Good communication skills (Bahasa & English).
  • Agency experience is a plus.
