Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Ads Data Analyst to manage end-to-end digital campaigns for our brand clients. This role focuses on operational execution — from media planning, ad setup, budget allocation, optimisation, to performance reporting — across Google, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
Ideal for someone analytical, numbers-driven, and comfortable handling client budgets and campaign performance data.
- Plan and execute digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns daily to meet performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc).
- Allocate and control client budgets with accurate calculations and pacing strategy.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights & recommendations.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance insights to internal teams/clients.
- Research audience, competitors, and trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative & account teams to align strategy and execution.
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning to final reporting.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in digital ads/media buying/performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads (must-have).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; comfortable working with numbers & budgets.
- Experienced in tracking metrics and interpreting data (Excel/Sheets/Looker Studio).
- Detail-oriented and operationally strong
- Good communication skills (Bahasa & English).
- Agency experience is a plus.
