Responsible in overall planning and strategy on key merchants growth, especially on its campaign and investment activities (e.g. Ads purchase) in ShopeeFood
Collaborate with Budget & Planning team and Marketing team to develop strategy and initiatives towards overall key merchant campaign and investment planning to achieve target
Aligning and understanding key merchant expectations and objectives with working together with the business development team to be able to translate it to actionable insights and next steps
Strategize, analyze and regularly monitor key merchants performance and initiatives by robust data analysis to give clear updates as well as pointing out learnings & recommendations for improvement both externally to merchants and internally towards company's target
Work on ad-hoc key merchants assessment and planning with the most efficient execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
Experienced working in merchant planning and growth or business development strategy role in the technology or start-up industry. Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry or experience in food delivery platforms will be a plus.
Proven knowledge and experience handling merchant campaigns and ads strategy with analytical skills
Good communication skills with prior business development and project management experience
Strong organizational & time-management abilities
Strong business acumen and understanding of food delivery platforms
Great team players, able to work with all levels to achieve business objectives
Excellent verbal, negotiation, and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
