Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Tangerang. The Montessori Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans, guiding children in their learning experiences, and fostering their academic, emotional, and social growth. Daily tasks include preparing Montessori materials, supporting individual and group learning, maintaining a structured and positive environment, and collaborating with parents and staff to ensure the well-being and development of children.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development with a focus on Montessori and early childhood education principles
• Proficiency in Early Childhood Education and a comprehensive understanding of child development
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Previous experience teaching preschool or kindergarten students
• Montessori certification or training is an advantage
• Passion for nurturing and inspiring young children to develop independence and confidence
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field preferred
