Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemarketing activities to offer company products/services
  • Handle admission and sales processes, from explaining programs/products, follow-ups, to closing
  • Manage and maintain lead and customer databases systematically
  • Provide excellent service to prospective customers and respond to inquiries regarding products/services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports on telemarketing activities, sales achievements, and admission progress
  • Focus on achieving monthly sales targets & KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably:
  • Business Management / Business Administration, Marketing / Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Tourism / Hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Admission, or Telemarketing
  • Experienced in telemarketing, outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and closing sales
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a target-oriented environment, both individually and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM tools (e.g., Mekari Qontak is a plus)
  • Professional appearance, confident, and highly proactive
