Job Description
Admission Executive
We are looking for an Admission Service Executive who will play a crucial role in guiding prospective customers through the admission process, providing information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment for Indonesian learners.

- Working hours : 5 days a week (8 hours per day)
- Office : Chubb Square 8th Floor - Jalan MH Thamrin No. 10 - Jakarta
- Salary : IDR 8,000,000
Key Responsibilities
- Prospective Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Admissions Process Management: Assist prospective customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and follow up with prospective customers to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager as well as other departments to support promotional activities and events aimed at increasing enrollments.
- Data Management and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admissions activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
- Experiences
- Minimum 2 (two) year of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in the Education sector)
- Preferably those who can offer proven record of sales performance
- Skills
- Ability to communicate convincingly to prospects with education contexts
- Ability to communicate in English (minimum level CEFR B2)
- Ability to use CRM and Google Workspace features, tech-savvy is highly required
- Eager to learn initiatively, critical thinker, and results-driven
- Having positive attitude

- Possess a Higher Education Degree
- Reside in Jabodetabek area
- Willing to work in shifts (09:0018:00 and/or 13:0022:00)
