Job Description

  • Perform and manage all administrative activities within the store in an orderly, accurate, and timely manner
  • Handle and process all store financial transactions, including fulfillment of basic and operational store needs
  • Monitor and manage store operational expenses in accordance with company policies
  • Prepare and compile store financial reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Maintain proper recording, filing, and documentation of all financial and administrative transactions
  • Coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties regarding administrative and financial matters
