Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Cikarang, West Java
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and trilingual Administrative Assistant to support our executive management and ensure smooth daily operations across all corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chairman of the Board of Directors in daily administrative management, scheduling, and arrangements, as well as handling professional translation and interpretation duties.
Coordinate with all company departments to ensure smooth, synchronized, and effective cross-functional communication and workflow.
Arrange business meetings, prepare required meeting materials, and compile accurate meeting minutes and summaries.
Draft, write, and review various business contracts, official letters, and administrative documents, ensuring systematic archiving and data preservation.
Follow up on critical projects and important matters across departments, providing timely progress reports to executive management.
Proactively learn and familiarize oneself with the core business operations and workflows of the company.
Supervise and monitor specific operational tasks as authorized by the Chairman when necessary.
Execute and complete other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Chairman.
Job Requirements:
Possess excellent organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal coordination skills; patient, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
Proficient in operating standard office software and tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Indonesian (both written and spoken) is mandatory to support trilingual corporate documentation and translation needs.
Minimum of 2 years of solid work experience in administrative management or executive secretarial roles.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above from a reputable university.
