We are seeking a Executive, Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team on a temporary remote contract. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage both executive support and accounting-related tasks. The contract will start on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendar: scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Handle email correspondence and professional phone communication.
- Call vendors, coordinate with partners, and follow up on tasks.
- Conduct research, find and organize information.
- Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support with project coordination and reporting.
Accounting & Finance Support
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Prepare and file invoices, receipts, and reports.
- Support in tax-related documentation and compliance (preferred).
- Experience with accounting programs is an advantage (Odoo preferred but not required).
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 or S1 (Bachelors degree) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (preferably accounting)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Accounting Assistant.
- Familiarity with accounting processes; tax knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and digital tools.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills with professionalism and discretion.
