Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
Basic understanding of financial administration, inventory administration, and internal control principles.
Familiarity with warehouse administration and inventory documentation processes.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good administrative, documentation, and data verification skills.
Basic understanding of financial reconciliation and transaction recording.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic English proficiency (minimum working-level reading and writing).
Job Descriptions:
Support the administration of Sales & Marketing programs by recording transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and sales deposits.
Assist in following up on discrepancies and preparing proper documentation for Sales teams, and report any inconsistencies to the superior.
Support controlling of cash advances, journal postings, and daily maintenance of financial records, and assist in processing routine financial entries under superior guidance.
Assist in controlling proper documentation according to standard financial procedures, and assist in implementing company financial policies and internal controls.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records, and assist in conducting inventory checks and supporting warehouse operations.
Assist field employees in following HSE standards and administrative procedures, and ensure compliance with these guidelines in daily tasks.
