Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and transactions into the database. Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
Prepare and process sales-related documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Generate and compile sales reports, sales performance metrics, and sales forecasting data for review by the sales team and management.
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
Requirements
Bachelors degree from all majors.
Min. 1 year experience as a Admin Staff.
Able to operate Microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).
