Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter sales data, customer information, and transactions into the database. Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
  • Prepare and process sales-related documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Generate and compile sales reports, sales performance metrics, and sales forecasting data for review by the sales team and management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from all majors.
  • Min. 1 year experience as a Admin Staff.
  • Able to operate Microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).
