Job Description

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts.

Job Description:

  • Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
  • Ensure all administrative documents are required.
  • Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
  • Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
  • Prepare reports and related data management needs.
  • Help prepare publications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting, preferably in plantation or agribusiness industry.
  • .Strong understanding of budgeting, financial administration, procurement, and contract management.
  • Familiar with invoice processing, cash flow monitoring, and supporting document control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and supervise administrative staff.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in plantation areas (remote locations).
