Job Description Summary:
Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts.

- Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
- Ensure all administrative documents are required.
- Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
- Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
- Prepare reports and related data management needs.
- Help prepare publications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting, preferably in plantation or agribusiness industry.
- .Strong understanding of budgeting, financial administration, procurement, and contract management.
- Familiar with invoice processing, cash flow monitoring, and supporting document control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and supervise administrative staff.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed in plantation areas (remote locations).
