Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office. You will work closely with managers and team members to assist with documentation and general project administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Provide general administrative support on various projects

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
