Job Description

• Memantau proses inbound retur barang dari pihak ekspedisi.
• Memastikan jumlah (qty) barang yang diterima sesuai dengan data dan kondisi fisik.
• Melakukan pengecekan kualitas (Quality Check), meliputi masa kedaluwarsa (ED), kualitas produk, dan kondisi kemasan sebelum barang disimpan (put away).
• Memastikan produk dengan kondisi Good dan Not Good disimpan secara terpisah sesuai prosedur.
• Membuat dan mengelola tiket klaim ke marketplace untuk proses pengajuan klaim retur.
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi data retur dari ekspedisi dengan status retur di marketplace bersama tim Finance.
• Menyusun dan mengelola laporan operasional harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.

Requirements

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, atau Return Management.
• Memahami proses inbound, retur barang, quality check, dan inventory.
• Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets untuk pengolahan data dan reporting.
• Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, serta mampu bekerja sesuai target.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim internal maupun pihak eksternal (ekspedisi/marketplace).
