Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute signed Delivery Orders (DO) from AE & ME to CSR.
  • Scan, rename, and email Delivery Orders (DO) to CSR.
  • Prepare and maintain a Delivery Order (DO) tracking list.
  • Sort and archive signed Delivery Orders for CSR filing and internal records.
  • Attach Air Waybill (AWB) documents from forwarders to related DO documents.
  • Submit physical Delivery Orders to CSR.
  • Archive signed Delivery Orders in both physical and PDF formats.
  • Scan Delivery Orders and ensure proper digital documentation.
  • File completed picking slips by dispatch date.
  • Archive signed Consignment and ME Delivery Orders (both physical and PDF copies).
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper record management in compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
