Axis Petrochem Pte. Ltd. is a petrochemical distributor and marketer of lubricant raw materials based in Singapore. With decades of experience in the lubricants industry, we have trade partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region. As a distributor of Italmatch Chemicals, Polartech, Elco Corporation, Addapt Chemicals, and Pertamina Lubricants, we offer a wide range of products including Polymeric & Conventional Esters, Metal Working Fluid additives, Lubricant additives, Polyisobutene, and liquid viscosity modifiers. Our focus is on providing comprehensive integrated solutions for our clients lubricant needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admin & Secretarial Support position. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our company. Your daily tasks may include clerical work, communication with vendors and partners, company secretarial work, executive administrative assistance, and providing excellent customer service.

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive new Team member with a positive, vibrant and agile attitude. He/ She will be responsible of supporting the Teams in APAC (Asia Pacific region) and the day-to-day operation of the main office.

Minimum Diploma qualification

Self-driven, proactive, independent

Professional demeanour and the ability to interact confidently

At least 3 years experience in logistics and/or administrative duties

High Level of Proficiency in English &/or Mandarin for dealing with Mandarin-Speaking clients

Positive working attitude, trustworthiness, and eagerness to learn

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in MS Office, managing online processings and basic computer tasks

Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information and sensitive information with integrity

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; capable of multitasking

Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and to accommodate changing priorities and tasks

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision

Sales/customer service relationship background is advantageous

Candidates with short notice or immediate availability will be prioritized
