Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Validate & input orders submitted by BA/SMD through the form.
• Process POs in channel portals (Sarinah, Rambla, MDS, Watsons) & handle internal transfers if needed.
• Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports; reconcile stock vs sell-out data.
• Update product master data when there's a new product launch (NPD).
• Prepare and ensure SKP (promotion documents) are complete, signed, and sent to relevant parties.
• Prepare listing documents for new products/NPD/NOO in all channels.
• Coordinate GA for GWP (Gift With Purchase) needs in Modern Trade channels.
• Validate consignment orders in case of any discrepancies in received goods (coordinate with the warehouse).

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in admin/sales admin/Modern Trade (experience in FMCG/Retail is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented with data.
• Good communication skills, well-organized, and responsible.
• Able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
